Configuring Your Humnet Email on Outlook Client for PC and Mobile

How to configure your Humnet email on the Outlook Client (PC, Mac, and Mobile)

Mac:

  1. Open the Outlook Application  


  1. Enter your UCLA email address without “humnet” (i.e., joebruin@ucla.edu).

  1. If Outlook ask which account to use, choose “Work or school account”

  1. You will be redirected to the Single Sign-On window. Enter your UCLA Logon ID and password and click on the [Sign In] button.

  1. Approve the Sign in with DUO.

  2. Done

 

 Windows:

  1. Open the Outlook Application

  1. Enter your UCLA email address without “humnet” (i.e., joebruin@ucla.edu).

  1. You will be redirected to the Single Sign-On window. Enter your UCLA Logon ID and password and click on the [Sign In] button.

  1. Approve the Sign in with DUO.

  2. Un-check “Set up Outlook Mobile on my phone, too”

 iPhone/iPad:

  1. Download and install the Outlook app via the App Store

  2. Add account

  3. Enter your UCLA email address without “humnet” (i.e. joebruin@ucla.edu). Tap Add Account

  1. You will be redirected to the Single Sign-On window. Enter your UCLA Logon ID and password and click on the [Sign In] button.

  1. Approve the Sign in with DUO.

  2. Done

 

 Android:

  1. Download and install the Outlook app via Google Play

  2. Tap ‘Add Account’

  1. Enter your UCLA email address without “humnet” (i.e., joebruin@ucla.edu). Tap Add Account.

  1. You will be redirected to DUO Authentication. Enter your UCLA LogonID and password.

  2. Approve the Sign in with DUO.

  3. Done.
